Additional Compensation Analysis Service Options

  1. Creating SSEGs – BCG recommends conducting regression analyses by Similarly Situated Employee Group (SSEG). If a client does not currently have SSEGs but wants to use them, BCG can assist in the SSEG-creation process (billable rates or a negotiated flat fee will apply).

  2. On-Site Training/Support – BCG offers an on-site daily rate for compensation analysis training as well as supporting analyses that BCG has developed.
    • T-tests
    • Mean/Median non-statistical test
    • Liability Analysis
      • Adjust to the Mean
      • Adjust to within 0, 1, 2 Standard Deviations
      • Determine back pay plus interest (Make Whole Relief)

  3. OFCCP rebuttal analyses – If you are being audited by the OFCCP and they are suggesting that there may be statistically significant findings in your compensation program, then it is time to conduct rebuttal analyses to ensure that the results can be viewed and acted upon. This allows the employer to receive expert assistance in defining the appropriate analyses, understand the results and potentially defend themselves from expensive fines from the OFCCP.

    Rebuttal analyses include:
    • Preparation consultation with Senior/Principal Consultant
    • Data checks and analysis preparation
    • Detailed data review of analysis variables to be used
    • Specific rebuttal statement
    • Review of results and identification of problem areas
